Why You Should Take This Assessment

There can be a fine line between being enthusiastic about your work and being overly involved in your work. In fact, knowing the difference is difficult and not always clear. This is because our culture often encourages people to work as hard as they can and often rewards people who put in a lot of extra time and effort. When taken too far, this is unhealthy. Keeping a good balance between work and home life is important for mental and physical health as well as for productivity.

This assessment can help you determine the truth about your work pattern. Does it reflect a healthy eagerness and interest, or an unhealthy obsession? Take the assessment to find out if you are overly involved with work and learn some tips on how to change that.
