Diet and Nutrition Assessment
Why You Should Take This Assessment
Many people go on a diet to lose weight and to look and feel better. However, eating for health is not simply about looking thinner. Unhealthy eating, along with other bad lifestyle habits, is a major risk factor for heart disease and type 2 diabetes. An unhealthy diet can contribute to high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It can also increase the risk for certain cancers.
Take the following survey to assess the health of your diet and to see if your eating habits will help prevent serious long-term health problems.
